Sunrise Hotels of Pineville, doing business as H.House (“H.House,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides an employee SMS communication program through UKG.
H.House uses text messages to communicate employment-related information to current employees. Messages may include:
• Work schedule updates
• Payroll and benefits notifications
• Training reminders
• Company announcements
• Operational updates
• Other employment-related notices
This SMS program is not used for consumer marketing or promotional solicitations.
Current employees voluntarily opt in by logging in to their secure UKG employee portal, entering or confirming their mobile telephone number, and enabling SMS communications in their communication preferences.
Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.
Message frequency varies depending on work schedules, payroll activity, benefits information, training requirements, company announcements, and operational needs.
Message and data rates may apply. Employees should contact their wireless carrier for information about their mobile messaging or data plan.
Employees may reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. After sending STOP, the employee may receive a confirmation message stating that they have been unsubscribed.
Employees may also manage their SMS communication preferences through their secure UKG employee portal.

Mobile telephone information and text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide mobile information to service providers, including UKG and its messaging providers, only as necessary to operate, deliver, maintain, and support the employee SMS program. These providers are not authorized to use employee mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
